HEC Releases Statistics on 3000 Days of US-Saudi Aggression on Yemen (Infographic)
On Sunday, the Humanity Eye Center(HEC) released a report detailing the impact of the US-Saudi aggression on Yemen over the past 3000 days. According to the report, the aggression has resulted in the death and injury of 48,841 civilians, including 18,206 citizens, 4,096 children, and 2,461 women.
The report also highlighted that over 607,000 homes, 1,750 mosques, and 1,272 schools have been destroyed or damaged as a result of the aggression. Additionally, nearly 1,500 universities, tourist sites, hospitals, health centers, sports facilities, media outlets, and archaeological sites have been targeted by the aggression.
The report further revealed that the aggression has targeted 15 airports, 16 ports, 2,112 government facilities, 619 communication networks and stations, 349 power stations and generators, as well as numerous roads and bridges.
In addition, the Center noted that 411 factories, 707 markets, 429 fuel stations, 392 fuel tankers, and 485 fishing boats have been targeted by the aggression.
The report also stated that the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression has targeted 12,335 commercial facilities, 1,066 food trucks, 1,032 food stores, 10,445 means of transportation, and 470 poultry and livestock farms.
The HEC report sheds light on the devastating impact of the US-Saudi aggression on Yemen and calls for urgent action to end the ongoing conflict and alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
