Parliament speaker, his deputies visit President Al-Sammad tomb

Parliament Speaker, Brother Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, along with his two deputies, Abdul Salam Hashul and Abdul Rahman Al-Jamai, visited , on Wednesday, the tomb of the martyr President Saleh Al-Sammad and his companions in Al-Sabeen Square, as part of the activities commemorating the martyr’s anniversary 1445 AH.

They laid a wreath of flowers on the shrine, and recited Al-Fatiha for the soul of the martyr President Al-Sammad, his companions, and all the martyrs of the nation who were martyred while performing their duty in defending the nation its security, sovereignty and independence.

During the visit, the Speaker of the Council and his two deputies praised the virtues and qualities of the martyr President Al-Sammad and the values and role models he embodied in his behavior of sacrifice and redemption, out of awareness of his responsibilities stemming from his sincerity in performing his duty and triumphing over the issues of the homeland and the nation.

He prayed to the Almighty God to shower him, his companions, and all the martyrs of the nation with wide mercy and forgiveness.
