Yemeni Armed Forces Announce Targeting of CMA CGM TAGE Ship

Any American attack will not pass without retaliation

The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Wednesday the targeting of the ship CMA CGM TAGE, which was heading towards the ports of occupied Palestine.

In a statement, the armed forces confirmed that the naval forces carried out a targeting operation of the ship “CMA CGM TAGE” which was heading towards the ports of occupied Palestine. The targeting operation came after the ship’s crew refused to respond to the calls of the Yemeni naval forces, including warning fire messages.

The Yemeni Armed Forces affirmed their continued prevention of Israeli ships or those heading to the ports of occupied Palestine from navigating in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea until it is allowed for the entry of food and medicine to the civilians of the Gaza Strip.

The Yemeni Armed Forces also confirmed the continuation of navigation in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea to all destinations around the world, except for the ports of occupied Palestine.

In the same context, the Yemeni Armed Forces confirmed that any American attack will not pass without a response or punishment, warning the American enemy or others from any attack or action that represents protection for commercial ships going to the Zionist entity.

The Yemeni Armed Forces offered congratulations and condolences to the Mujahideen brothers in the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, in the martyrdom of the Mujahid leader Saleh Al-Arouri and his martyr comrades.

The military operation of the Yemeni Armed Forces was preceded by the implementation of 8 naval operations targeting 11 ships, while the missile force and the drone air force carried out 12 qualitative operations on targets in the Israeli entity as follows:

On November 19, 2023, the naval forces in the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a military operation in the Red Sea, the results of which were the seizure of an Israeli ship and its escort to the Yemeni coast.

On December 3, the Yemeni naval forces carried out a targeting operation of two Israeli ships in Bab al-Mandab, namely the “Unity Explorer” ship and the “Number Nine” ship, where the first ship was targeted with a sea missile and the second ship with a marine drone.

On December 12, 2023, the naval forces in the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a qualitative military operation against the “Astrinda” ship belonging to Norway, which was loaded with oil and heading to the Israeli entity, and it was targeted with a suitable sea missile.

On December 14, 2023, the naval forces carried out a military operation against the container ship “Mersik Gibraltar” which was heading to the Israeli entity and it was targeted with a drone and the hit was direct.

On December 15, 2023, the naval forces in the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a military operation against two container ships (MSC Alanya and MSC PALATIUM III) which were heading to the Israeli entity and they were targeted with two suitable sea missiles.

On December 18, 2023, the naval forces in the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a qualitative military operation against two ships that have a connection with the Zionist entity, the first ship “Swan Atlantic” loaded with oil and the other ship “MSC Clara” carrying containers, and they were targeted with two marine drones.

On December 26, 2023, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced the implementation of a double operation during which they were able to target the ship (MSC United) with a sea missile and hit Um Al-Rashrash with drones in support of the Palestinian people.

On December 31, 2023, the Armed Forces announced the success of the naval forces in carrying out a military operation targeting the container ship “Maersk Hangzhou” which was heading towards the ports of occupied Palestine.
