Al-Aqsa Support Committee calls on Yemenis masses to demonstrate in major demonstration on Friday
The Supreme Committee of the National Campaign to Support Al-Aqsa held its weekly meeting headed by the Advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council – Head of the Committee, Allama Muhammad Muftah.
The committee discussed the topics on its agenda, primarily those related to continuing the mobilization program in support of Palestine and in support of its oppressed people in Gaza Strip, and intensifying awareness of various aspects related to the Zionist occupation of Palestine and the rest of the occupied Arab territories.
The committee stressed the necessity of focusing summer school curricula on the Palestinian issue, highlighting its justice, and showing the ugly face of Zionist occupier, its fascist practices against the Palestinians, its criminal plans to expand and control the nation’s capabilities and tamper with its security and stability.
It praised the sacrifices made by the Yemeni people in the context of supporting the brothers in Gaza through their naval blockade of enemy ships and their direct confrontation with the main supporters of the enemy entity, America and Britain, which to date resulted in the martyrdom of 37 martyrs and 30 wounded.
The martyrs whose lives were lost as a result of the American-British aggression were considered martyrs on the path to liberating Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa.
It pointed out the legitimacy and legality of the attack, which came within the framework of self-defense.
The committee praised the great success achieved by the second conference, “Palestine is the nation’s central issue,” and the unprecedented amount of national, Arab, Islamic, and foreign participation in the conference, the strong positions expressed by the participants, and the valuable scientific research that was presented and discussed by the conference members.
The committee called on the national media system to continue shedding light on the conference and its important outcomes for the benefit of the Palestinian cause and confronting the Zionist enemy.
The committee approved the program for the major weekly march that will be held next Friday afternoon in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana’a, and similar marches in the provinces as part of the Yemeni people’s continued support for the oppressed in Gaza Strip and the West Bank, who are subjected to the worst forms of killing, abuse, displacement, starvation, and to denounce the American-British aggression against the Yemeni people.
It called on the masses of people to demonstrate in a major and honorable manner in Friday’s marches, which come under the slogan “Our battle continues until Gaza is victorious.”
