Armed mercenaries of the aggression brutally killed a citizen in Hays district of Hodeidah governorate, in front of his family members.

A local source explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that a number of gunmen stormed the house of citizen Ibrahim Al-Raboui, at midnight on Friday, and began assaulting him and his family before killing him by stabbing and shooting him dead in front of his children and wife.

The source pointed out that Al-Raboui is a disabled person with an amputated foot and had previously been unlawfully imprisoned for several months by the so-called security director of the mercenary district of Hays, Muhammad Kazih, against the backdrop of his holding on to a piece of land which powerful mercenaries wanted to plunder.

The source stated that Al-Raboui was tortured while imprisoned inside Hais Security Administration prison, which belongs to the mercenary Tariq Saleh.

It is noteworthy that the occupied territories are witnessing security chaos and the absence of any form of the rule of law.
