The Israeli enemy forces continue their arrest campaigns in the occupied West Bank at an unprecedented pace in light of the ongoing war of extermination in the Gaza Strip and the comprehensive aggression against the Palestinian people.
Since yesterday evening until Tuesday morning, the enemy forces have arrested at least 30 Palestinians from the West Bank according to a joint statement issued by the Prisoners and Freed Prisoners Affairs Authority and the Palestinian Prisoners Club.
Among the detainees are the activist Abla Saadat, wife of the imprisoned Secretary-General of the Popular Front, leader Ahmed Saadat, Mrs. Tahrir Jaber, and media student at Birzeit University Duaa al-Qadi, in addition to journalist Qutaiba Hamdan.
The arrests were across most of the West Bank governorates, accompanied by widespread raids and abuse, severe beatings, and threats against detainees and their families, in addition to acts of vandalism and destruction in Palestinian homes.
It is noteworthy that the total number of arrests in the West Bank since the beginning of the ongoing war of extermination has reached more than 10,800 arrests, which included all segments of Palestinian society, noting that this total includes those who were arrested from their homes, through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held hostage.
It is noteworthy that the data related to the arrests include detainees from the West Bank, excluding Gaza, whose numbers are estimated in the thousands.
