What’s Behind the Escalation of Yemeni Operations and the Introduction of New Weapons?
Military expert Shamsan: The criminal Netanyahu is now on Yemen’s target list, as demonstrated by the strike at Ben Gurion Airport.
Military expert Ghorab: The unveiling of new weapons like the Samad-4 drone and Quds-5 missiles showcases the continuous development of the armed forces and the ability to respond to evolving challenges.
Following the assassination of the revered Hezbollah’s Secretary-General, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, and several other party leaders, the criminal Benjamin Netanyahu appeared triumphant, boasting that the Zionist entity had the upper hand in targeting any location worldwide. He warned against any hostile actions toward the occupying Zionist regime.
However, within a few hours, Netanyahu faced an unexpected and severe response from the Axis of Jihad and Resistance in Iran, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine.
Yemeni military operations over the past week have seen intensified firepower and the introduction of new weapons, including cruise missiles and drones. The target list has expanded to include occupied Yaffa, Umm al-Rashrash, and Ashkelon.
Within one week, Yemeni forces placed occupied Yaffa, called “Tel Aviv,” under constant threat, attacking with a variety of weapons including hypersonic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones. The drone operations extended to Umm al-Rashrash and Ashkelon, marking a significant broadening of the conflict.
Broadening the Conflict
Upon Netanyahu’s return to Ben Gurion Airport following the assassination of Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, Yemeni armed forces raided using a hypersonic “Palestine-2” missile. This attack caused unprecedented panic in the Zionist entity as sirens blared across Tel Aviv.
Shortly afterward, Yemeni missiles revisited occupied Yaffa, targeting military sites deep within the Zionist regime with three Quds-5 cruise missiles, publicly revealed for the first time. This new capability is likely to disrupt the enemy’s calculations, showcasing Yemen’s ability to reach deep into Zionist territory with diverse, advanced technologies that the Zionist regime struggles to counter.
Meanwhile, Yemeni drones carried out both solo and coordinated strikes on Zionist targets. The Yemeni Air Force successfully targeted a vital site in Yaffa using several “Yaffa” drones. The operation hit its mark, with the drones reaching their targets without interception. Footage documented the moment of impact, further highlighting the Israeli air defense’s failure to intercept the drones.
In addition, military sites in the Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat) region were hit by four Samad-4 drones, marking their first appearance in the conflict. These drones successfully struck their targets with precision by Allah’s support.
Targeting Zionist Forces and the Western Coalition
Yemeni military operations were not limited to the Zionist enemy. The armed forces launched several operations against warships and destroyers belonging to the U.S.-British coalition, which is tasked with protecting Zionist vessels. These operations confirmed the Yemeni military’s capability to confront both the Zionist enemy and the Western coalition shielding Zionist crimes, drawing strength from Allah Almighty.
Strikes on Yaffa and Zionist Migration
Brigadier General Mujib Shamsan, a military expert, stressed that the temporary Zionist entity is dealing painful blows from all fronts, particularly from the Islamic Republic of Iran. He noted that the Zionist regime, which once relied on its superior security position, is now in a state of irreversible decline, with growing internal insecurity.
He explained that the Zionist regime is based on settlement, and settlers who were brought in to live in occupied areas can only stay if they feel secure and protected. He confirmed that the collapse of the security and deterrence pillars began with the events of October 7 last year, during the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, from the Promised Victory battle of the Yemenis in support of Gaza, culminating in the first and second stages of Iran’s operation Truthful Promise.
Shamsan added that the ongoing military operations by Yemen, Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq, and Iran are clear evidence of Islamic brotherhood and the unification of battlefronts. He also noted that Hezbollah had escalated its operations, striking the heart of the Zionist regime, “Tel Aviv”, with Fadi-4 missiles.
Integration of Battlefronts
Shamsan further noted that the Truthful Promise operation, which rained dozens of hypersonic missiles on the Zionist entity, threw the enemy into disarray and inflicted heavy losses in lives and equipment. He clarified that the coordinated military actions by Yemen, Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq, and Iran are a practical demonstration of Islamic unity and battlefield cohesion.
He pointed out that key Zionist sites such as the Gililot base, Israel’s Unit 8200 intelligence unit, and the Mossad headquarters were targeted by these fronts, proving that the entity’s security has been shattered.
Shamsan also highlighted the Yemeni operation targeting Ben Gurion Airport during Netanyahu’s arrival, describing it as a clear message that the Zionist leader is now on Yemen’s target list. The strike on vital areas of Umm al-Rashrash further signaled the fifth stage of the Yemeni military escalation.
He emphasized that the Yemeni armed forces are waging this sacred battle with unprecedented intensity, carrying out multiple simultaneous operations. This was demonstrated recently when Yemeni forces struck Umm al-Rashrash, Yaffa, and three ships that violated the naval blockade on the occupied ports of Palestine.
Shamsan concluded by stating, “Our operations, both on land and at sea, reach deep into occupied lands, the Indian Ocean, and the Arabian Sea. This illustrates the flexibility and strength of the Yemeni armed forces, which will continue their sacred battle against the Zionist enemy and its American and British allies until the Zionist aggression on Gaza and Lebanon ceases.”
He added, “The Yemeni Armed Forces’ recent statement announcing the targeting of Tel Aviv with Quds-5 missiles at vital sites in the occupied territories is just one example of the growing intensity of their operations. The frequent introduction of advanced weaponry, as mentioned by Sayyid Abdul Malik Badruldeen al-Houthi, signals more surprises to come.”
The End of Zionist Arrogance
Military expert Major General Khaled Ghorab affirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces are conducting hundreds of operations at sea and within occupied territories against the Zionist enemy and its American and British allies. These efforts are part of the Promised Victory and Sacred Jihad battle led by Yemenis in support of Gaza.
He explained that Yemen’s near-daily military escalation sends a clear message to the Zionist regime and its Western allies: Yemen’s advanced combat capabilities are a deterrent that will bring an end to Zionist arrogance in the region.
Ghorab stressed that the Yemeni military’s increased activity followed the Zionist regime’s assassination of the pivotal resistance leader, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah. The Zionist entity believed that eliminating Nasrallah would grant it the ability to commit further crimes against resistance forces.
He noted that Hezbollah’s continued strikes on the Zionist regime, alongside the military escalation from Yemeni and Iraqi fronts, delivered a shocking blow to the Zionist enemy, which had been celebrating its so-called victory following Nasrallah’s assassination.
Ghorab concluded by stating that the Yemeni Armed Forces’ use of new weapons such as the Samad-4 drone, the Palestine-2 hypersonic missile, and the Quds-5 cruise missile proves their commitment to enhancing their military capabilities and responding to evolving challenges.
