Tens of thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of Brussels to demand an end to arms supplies to the Zionist entity and an end to the war on Gaza and Lebanon.

Media reports last night indicated that the protesters also demanded a review of relations with “Israel” in the European Union amid the rising number of civilian casualties and destruction in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon.

The Palestinian-Belgian Association, one of the organizations organizing the demonstration, stated that “more than 40,000 people demonstrated to demand an end to the massacres in Gaza and an end to Israel’s impunity.”

This is one of the largest protests in recent times in Brussels, where the main European Union institutions are located.. The authorities approved this measure and it was carried out under police protection.

In total, about 60 organizations announced their participation in the demonstration. Due to the large number of participants, the authorities decided to shorten the route of the demonstration, while at the same time, the Brussels police reported that 32,000 people participated in the event.

The demonstrators chanted slogans such as “Stop funding “Israel”! Cancel the association agreement with the European Union!”

For the first time during the protests, several Lebanese flags were seen alongside Palestinian flags. A number of demonstrators raised slogans in support of “Hamas” movement and “Lebanese Hezbollah”.
