Hezbollah Escalates Operations: Zionist Military Admits Over 1,000 Casualties in Lebanon

The Lebanese Islamic Resistance has continued its heroic operations, targeting military and strategic facilities deep within the Zionist enemy’s territory while steadfastly countering the desperate attempts by the enemy’s forces to assert control over border areas. The Israeli occupation has acknowledged significant losses, confirming the deaths of 83 officers and soldiers, alongside injuries to over 1,000 others since the beginning of ground invasions on the Lebanese front.

Hezbollah Excutes Strikes on Key Israeli Military Installations

Hezbollah announced on Friday that it had successfully targeted a military base east of Haifa with “precision rockets,” as well as 11 concentrations of Israeli soldiers in southern Lebanon and northern occupied territories.

In detailed statements, Hezbollah highlighted operations, including a predawn strike on the Haifa Technical Base, which hosts an air force technician training facility. Earlier strikes included an attack on the Hatzor Airbase near Ashdod with precision rockets and the destruction of a Merkava tank near Qalaat Shemaa using an anti-tank guided missile, resulting in the death and injury of its crew.

Hezbollah further deployed attack drones against occupation forces in the town of Yarine, with reports confirming precise hits on the intended targets. Additional operations involved missile strikes on the Haboushet outpost, and the entity’s early-warning center on Jabal al-shaykh in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights.

Persistent Operations in Southern Lebanon

Hezbollah also launched successive barrages targeting the occupation’s military positions in Menara, al-Malkiyya, Sa’sa’, Kiryat Shmona, and the Doviv barracks. Further strikes were carried out on the outskirts of Al-Khiam city and Tal al-Nahas near Kfar Kila, with repeated rocket attacks intensifying the pressure on occupation forces.

These heightened operations come in response to the Israeli military’s announcement on November 12 of the second phase of its ground campaign, aiming to advance deeper into southern Lebanon following failed attempts to assert control over border areas.

Zionist Casualties Mount

The entity’s military reported 83 deaths among its officers and soldiers, with 19 deaths recorded since the start of November. In addition, 1,018 personnel have been injured during the ground offensive in southern Lebanon. Over the past 24 hours alone, eight soldiers were reportedly wounded in confrontations with the  Resistance.

According to the Zionist newspaper Maariv, the Golani Brigade has suffered the heaviest toll among infantry units, with 110 casualties since the beginning of the conflict. This number significantly surpasses losses reported by other brigades, such as Nahal, Paratroopers, Givati, and Kfir.

Ambulance Targeted in Zionist Strike

In a tragic development, two paramedics were martyred on Friday in an Israeli airstrike that targeted an ambulance in the town of Deir Qanoun Ras Al-Ain in the Tyre district. The Lebanese Ministry of Health condemned the strike, stating: “The Israeli enemy continues its deliberate targeting of medics and medical facilities in the south, flagrantly violating international laws and humanitarian norms.”

The ministry confirmed that the total death toll among healthcare workers has risen to 214, with 321 others injured since the onset of the Zionist aggression.

Renewed Bombardment on Beirut’s Southern Suburbs

The Israeli occupation’s warplanes resumed their bombardment of Beirut’s southern suburbs, focusing on the Al-Kafaat area near the Lebanese University’s central building. The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the second strike was particularly intense, with powerful explosions across the area.
