Flydubai planes fly around Ben Gurion Airport at the moment of the Yemeni bombing

In light of the UAE’s treasonous stance and its continued cooperation with the Israeli enemy despite the enemy’s brutal massacres in Gaza, civil aviation flight tracking programs showed an Emirati plane flying around Ben Gurion Airport at the moment it was targeted by the Yemeni Armed Forces.

The civil aviation flight tracking program revealed a Flydubai plane flying around Ben Gurion Airport and attempting to land during bombing it by the Yemeni Armed Forces.

On Sunday afternoon, the armed forces announced that Ben Gurion Airport in occupied Jaffa had been targeted with a Palestine 2 hypersonic ballistic missile.

The armed forces confirmed that the operation had successfully achieved its goal, thank God, leading to the suspension of air traffic at the airport for more than half an hour.

According to the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, Ben Gurion Airport was halted for more than half an hour today after a missile was fired, which the Yemeni army said was targeting the airport itself.

A flight operated by the Emirati airline FlyDubai was forced to divert its flight path.

The Hebrew economic website Ice reported on Sunday that “the suspension of flights from Ben Gurion Airport is raising concerns in Israel.

After many foreign airlines resumed flights to Israel after a long hiatus during the war, it is not unlikely that some airlines will decide to halt flights to Israel until the situation calms down.”

The website revealed that some foreign airlines “recently held an emergency meeting following the recent launches into Israel” to assess the situation.

It added: “With increasing concern now in light of the current escalation and return to fighting in Gaza, from which rockets were also fired towards Tel Aviv this week, if you are scheduled to travel today or in the coming days, you should follow developments, airline updates, and Ben Gurion Airport’s flight schedule.”

Aero Haber, a platform specializing in aviation news, stated that international airlines have not yet issued any official statements regarding the suspension of their flights to Israel, but that international aviation authorities are reviewing the security situation and may make decisions on this matter soon.

The platform added that “the Houthis emphasized in their statement that Ben Gurion Airport will not be safe until the attacks on Gaza cease, which could have wider repercussions on air traffic in the region.”

The platform stated that “Ansarullah forces issued a warning to international airlines, including Lufthansa, Turkish Airlines, Air France, British Airways, and EasyJet, urging them to suspend their flights to Israel.

The statement read: “For everyone’s safety, do not travel to Israel.” The platform explained that “airlines and international bodies face difficult choices, as observers expect that the continuation of threats will lead to a reconsideration of flight routes to Israel, amid the possibility of suspending some flights or imposing new restrictions on civil aviation in the region.”
