Decree issued to establish General Authority for Small Enterprise Development

President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi Al-Mashat issued on Sunday the decree No. (17) for 2021 to establish the General Authority for Small and Micro Enterprise Development.

The decree includes (22) articles divided into five chapters include the authority’s objectives, responsibilities, resources and financial system.

The last article stipulated that this decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette.

As well as the Republican Decision No. (20) for the year 2021 stipulated the appointment of Ahmed Ahmed Yahya Al-Kabsi as Chairman of the General Authority for Small and Micro Enterprise Development.
