Minister of Guidance inspects closed summer centers in Sana’a

The Minister of Guidance and Hajj and Umrah Affairs, Najeeb Al-Aji, and the Deputy Minister, Allama Fouad Naji, inspected a number of closed summer centers in the Al-Sabeen and Al-Safia districts in the capital Sanaa.

Al-Aji and Naji, along with the Undersecretaries of the Ministry, Saleh Al-Khawlani, Al-Ezzi Rajeh, and Muhammad Manea, were briefed on the summer activities and programs offered to students in the Shahid Al-Qur’an Schools Centers in Al-Sabeen district, the Orphanage and Badr Center in Al-Safia district, including teaching the Holy Quran and its sciences.

The Minister of Guidance emphasized the importance of summer centers in developing students’ knowledge and capabilities, which contributes to immunizing them from false ideas, cultures, and soft warfare.

He pointed out the importance of concerted efforts to support and make the summer courses a success in order to build a generation armed with science and knowledge.

Minister Al-Aji called on parents to send their children to summer centers to take advantage of the holiday in learning the Holy Quran and useful sciences.

While Naji and Al-Khawlani praised the level of demand for summer centers and the activities and programs they contain that develop students’ knowledge and hone their talents.

They stressed the importance of summer centers in developing awareness and knowledge among students and youth in various fields, foremost of which is the Book of God and correct religious values, and protecting them from destructive ideas.

They pointed out that, given the high demand for summer centers, new centers will be opened in the coming days.
