Supreme Political Council mourns the martyrdom of Hassan Zaid, Minister of Youth and Sports

The Supreme Political Council sent their condolences to the Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, the National Salvation Government, and the Yemeni People for the martyrdom of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Secretary-General of the Al-Haq Party, Hassan Muhammad Zaid, who denounced the US-Saudi aggression with all solidity and strength.

The Council offered, in a statement issued, on Tuesday, its condolences to the family of the martyr, to the leadership and members of the Al-Haq Party, and the steadfast political movement in the face of the aggression. The Council holds the forces of aggression and its mercenaries responsible for this heinous political crime. The aggression has declared previously a financial reward for anyone who gives information about Mr. Zaid. The statement considered this crime as another crime against the Yemeni people. The aggression adds Mr. Zaid to the list of political figures including President Saleh Al-Sammad, Dr. Ahmed Sharaf Al-Din, Dr. Muhammad Al-Mutawakel, Dr. Abdul Karim Jadban, and the political journalist Abdul Karim Al-Khaiwani.

The Supreme Political Council assured the Yemeni People, which is preparing for the major central event to celebrate the birth of the Prophet next Thursday, that the security services are going firmly in tracking down the perpetrators and will pursue the criminals to receive their punishment soon, as well as pursue their sponsors.
