PM discusses with the Governor of Socotra the occupier’s provocative activities
Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor discussed with the Governor of Socotra, Hashem Al Socotri, the latest developments in the governorate and the archipelago under UAE occupation.
The Prime Minister received a comprehensive report from the Governor of Socotra, on the current situation in the governorate at the security and service levels, and the suspicious activities of the occupiers and their agents, which violate national sovereignty and international laws and norms, especially about the occupier’s practice of provocative activities, including granting Emirati visas for tourists to enter the archipelago, including Zionists, and the establishment of military bases to control the sea waters and the Yemeni coast.
The report pointed to the positions of the free people of Socotra who reject and resist these criminal practices against the archipelago, the sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen, and the security of maritime navigation.
The Prime Minister praised the activity of the Governor of Socotra and his efforts in following up on the conditions of the province and the concerns of its people.
He praised the national activity of the free people of the province and their opposition to the occupation, its mercenaries, and its projects.
