278 Air Force Operations, 130 Missile Force Operations, and 296 Air Defense Operations during the “Spring Of Victory” Operation

The official spokesman of the armed forces revealed in his press conference today, Sunday, the role of the air force, missile force and air defenses in the “Spring of Victory” operation carried out by the armed forces in the governorates of Shabwa and Marib, which led to the liberation of an area estimated at more than 3,200 square kilometers.

Brigadier-General Sare’e explained that the units of the Air Force participated in the implementation of the operation, several units, including the Air Force, in more than 278 operations, including: 161 operations targeting enemy sites and gatherings in the occupied territories, as well as 117 operations in the territory of the Saudi enemy.

As for the role of the missile force in the operation, Brigadier General Saree confirmed that the missile force carried out 130 operations, including 95 operations in the occupied territories, and 35 operations in the Saudi depth.

Brigadier-General Saree also confirmed that the Air Defense Forces succeeded, during the implementation of this operation, in downing four reconnaissance planes, a CH4 plane, a Wing Loong plane, and two Scandinavian planes, in addition to the 296 successful operations against warplanes.

Brigadier General Saree added that our forces continued to carry out the operation despite the intensification of the Saudi-American aggression with its air raids. Over the length of time for the implementation of the operation, the enemy’s air raids amounted to 705 air raids.He added that this is our land, and its liberation is a religious, national and moral duty. History will not be written, except that this steadfast people did not abandon its duties, but continued its liberation path, rejecting the invaders, occupation, guardianship and subordination. Therefore, the liberation of Yemen by land and sea is a fateful battle aimed at freedom and independence.
