The Public Prosecutor, Judge Mohammed Al-Dailami, confirmed that the Public Prosecution will address all issues related to crimes of US-Saudi aggression since the first day.
Al-Dailami explained, on Saturday, that the prosecution has a new mechanism through the monitoring unit, where it locates the crime, collects information about it, and then archive it.
He pointed out that there are about 8000 recorded crimes, committed by the US-Saudi Forces and mercenaries. These records are being sorted out to be handed over to the Criminal Prosecution, whether in Hodeidah or Sana’a.
He also pointed out that the crimes of mercenaries against our people fall within the crimes of aggression, and they are partners in killing and destruction.
“We will not remain silent about the public right of any crime committed by the US-Saudi aggression and its mercenaries, and there is no consideration for anyone,” Dr. Al-Dailami said.
“We are an Islamic judiciary, we have the right to put in trial any criminal who assaulted us because we derive our strength from God’s law and in a sovereign state” He added.
Dr. Al-Dailami explained that Yemenis will not leave their blood and their revenge, calling on all those who have been affected by the crimes of aggression to report what happened to them and we will work to prosecute the criminals, whether in the internal or external courts.
The Public Prosecutor extended his sincere thanks to everyone who cooperated and participated in building the map of the crimes of the US-Saudi aggression, especially Al-Masirah and Al-Manar channels, wishing that the monitoring unit at the Public Prosecution we benefit from it.
