Yemeni President Offers Condolences on the Death of Major General Saleh Al-Wahbi

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, the head of the Supreme Political Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy on the death of Sheikh Major General Saleh bin Saleh Al-Wahbi, the commander of Al-Wahbi Brigades, after a life full of work and giving in the service of the homeland.

The President, in a telegram of condolences sent to the son of the deceased, Sheikh Naji bin Saleh Al-Wahbi, his brothers and all his family, sons, sheikhs and tribes in Al-Bayda governorate in general, praised the national merits of the deceased, as he was one of the most prominent leaders who worked throughout their life course with sincerity and dedication in the service of society and the reform of the same.

He referred to the roles of the deceased Al-Wahbi with the heroes of the army and the popular committees in the liberation of Al-Bayda governorate from the individuals of Al-Qaeda and ISIS, where one of his sons fell dead in the defense of land and honor.
