Yemeni Air Defenses Shoot Down Spy Drone Over Al-Jawf

The Armed Forces announced the downing of a fighter spy drone, Wing Loong 2, operated by the US-Saudi aggression over Al-Jawf Governorate.

“Yemeni Air Defenses shot down a Chinese-made Wing Loong 2 spy drone operated by the US-Saudi aggression,” the Armed Forces spokesman Yahya Sare’e said on Tuesday.

He explained that the targeting operation was carried out with a locally made surface-to-air missile.

Sare’e affirmed that the Armed Forces are ready to confront any attempts to breach Yemen’s sovereignty or any aggression by US-Saudi aggression.
