Government media in Gaza: More than 15,000 child martyrs…and 34,000 injuries

The government media office in Gaza reported that the number of children martyred since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip reached 15,694 children, in addition to 34,000 children being injured since the beginning of the aggression.

The government media office indicated that 3,600 children are missing under the rubble as a result of the aggression, confirming that there are at least 200 children from Gaza in captivity by the occupation forces.

Regarding other statistics of the aggression against the Gaza Strip, the government media office confirmed that about 1,500 children lost their limbs, or have permanent disabilities as a result of the aggression.

The office reported that 33 children lost their lives due to famine and malnutrition, warning that all children are vulnerable to epidemics.

Last Wednesday, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) said that more than 3,000 children in Gaza are suffering from malnutrition and are at risk of death due to being denied the necessary treatment, as a result of the Israeli attack on the city of Rafah, south of the Strip.
