Yemen is vulnerable to second wave of COVID-19: Oxfam

‘Oxfam’ organization has warned that Yemen is at risk of a second wave of the outbreak of the Corona virus (COVID-19).

This came in a statement issued Tuesday by the organization, in which it stated that its response to the Corona virus pandemic includes support for the health care system and assistance to deal with the deadly risks of the virus.

The statement also added that the organization provides hygiene equipment, hospital supplies and mobile services to rural areas.

Yemen has recorded 2,063 cases infected with Corona virus; among them, 600 deaths, and 1,366 cases of recovery, in the Yemeni provinces under the control of Saudi-led coalition during the last period, according to what “Hadi’s government” announced.
