FM condemns attack of Al-Aqsa Square, holds Zionist entity, its supporters the responsibility

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eng. Hisham Sharaf Abdallah, strongly condemned the Zionist forces ’storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque yard, which resulted in the injury of more than 53 Palestinians.

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Foreign Minister warned of the repercussions of the continuation of the violence actions practiced by the occupation forces in the Sheikh Jarrah and Bab al-Amud areas against Palestinian civilians.

Minister Sharaf held the authorities of the Zionist entity, the countries supporting it, and those who rushed to normalize responsibility for what happens to the Palestinian civilians, considering the Zionist entity is an occupying power in accordance with international law, especially the four Geneva Conventions.

Foreign Minister concluded his statement by warning of the consequences of the continued escalation of the Zionist occupation forces, which threatens the security and stability of the region, and increase the confrontational escalation that may generate an explosion in occupied Palestine . He called on the Security Council to hold its responsibility in protecting Palestinian civilians.
