Al-Qassam Brigades and the Palestinian resistance in Gaza liberated 39 minor prisoners from the prisons of the Israeli enemy, as part of the third installment of the truce agreement, which came in accordance with the conditions of the resistance, and the exchange deal with “Israeli” prisoners.

The liberation of this batch of Palestinian prisoners comes after the third day of the 4-day truce, after the Israeli enemy authorities were forced to submit to the conditions of Palestinian resistance.

Celebrations spread throughout the occupied city of Jerusalem and the cities of the West Bank, despite the harassment practiced by the enemy, as its forces closed roads and intensified checkpoints.

Before the prisoners were released, enemy forces stormed the homes of the freed prisoners, restricted the press crews and prevented them from filming. The enemy forces forced the journalists to evacuate the vicinity of “Ofer” prison, west of Ramallah, and attacked the medical and press crews there, in an attempt to prevent the transmission of the Palestinians’ joy at the liberation of their prisoners.

On the other hand, the Palestinian Red Crescent reported that a young man was injured by live Israeli bullets in front of Ofer Military Prison and was transferred to the hospital. Meanwhile, confrontations broke out in Beitunia, west of Ramallah, after the Israeli enemy suppressed the families of the prisoners and journalists.

It is noteworthy that on Friday and Saturday, Al-Qassam Brigades and the Palestinian Resistance liberated 78 female prisoners and minors from enemy prisons, as part of the first and second batches of the exchange deal.

The temporary truce agreement (4 days) stipulates that humanitarian aid will enter Gaza Strip, and that the occupation will release 150 Palestinian women and children imprisoned in its prisons, with a ceasefire and military actions, in exchange for the Palestinian resistance releasing 50 of its captive women and children.
