The Minister of Oil directs to file a lawsuit against those causing the detention of oil derivatives ships

Minister of Oil and Minerals, Ahmed Abdullah Darras, directed on Monday quickly to file a lawsuit against the American Saudi-led aggression coalition in front of the local and international courts due to detaining oil tankers.

The move came during his meeting in Sanaa, to discuss the crisis of oil derivatives as a result of the ongoing siege imposed by the coalition against the oil ships.

The ministry stressed on the importance of including lawsuits the financial amounts related to delay penalties since the first ship was seized by the coalition, in addition to illegal amounts taken by the mercenaries.

The meeting touched on the aspects related to allowing to enter ships carrying oil derivatives in the land outlets to be in conformity with the specifications.
