Protest vigils in Hodeida warn of continuing siege consequences on Yemeni people
Protest vigils were organized in Hodeida province directorates, after Friday prayers, to denounce the continuation of the blockade and to warn the aggression countries against the consequences of continuing their crimes against the Yemeni people under the slogan “America and its agents are behind the suffering of the Yemenis and they must leave.”
The vigils participants demanded the departure of the aggression forces from the occupied provinces and the plundering of Yemen’s wealth and goods, and the renewal of steadfastness to confront the occupiers, foremost of which is America, which is leading the war against the Yemeni people to achieve its colonial ambitions.
They emphasized that the entry into the ninth year of aggression ,siege and the humanitarian crisis Yemen is witnessing under the cover of legitimacy and the aggression countries that fuel conflicts among their agents and mercenary leaders have become just an open game and mixing of cards to continue imposing their plans to destroy Yemen.
A statement issued by the endowments warned the aggression coalition countries against the consequences of remaining in occupying the southern provinces and using the economic card in an attempt to bring the Yemeni people to their knees, stressing that their plans will fail.
The statement warned of the plans led by Saudi Arabia and the UAE in the occupied provinces, including Hadramout, Aden and Al-Mahra, by exchanging roles between them on the ground, indicating that the visit of US military leaders to those provinces is evidence that America is behind the aggression against Yemen.
The statement reaffirmed that the people of Al-Hodeida stand by the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council and the armed forces to take the necessary and what they see as options to confront the aggression and support the battle to defend Yemeni sovereignty.
