Bonyan Foundation launches a training project on managing creative, developmental and administrative
Bonyan Development Foundation launched a training project on managing creative, administrative and development projects.
The project aims over a period of 14 days, providing 25 trainees with creators and talents, skills, experiences and knowledge about methods and stages of creative thinking, introduction to creative psychology, preparation and writing of proposals and project documents, basics of development work, preparation of feasibility studies and how to solve problems and make decision.
The Deputy Executive Director of Bonyan Foundation for Programs and Projects Abdul Salam Al-Kuhlani pointed out that the training project comes within the framework of the program to build and develop institutional capabilities and develop participants ’skills in the creative, developmental and administrative fields in order to help them improving the level of performance of the institutions in which they work.
While the Director of the Department of Welfare of Creators and Innovators at Bonyan, Eng. Amal Al Suraihi, affirmed that the Foundation’s interest in creators, talented and innovative people and its keenness to develop their skills and capabilities in various fields.
Two speeches were delivered by the Vice Dean of Bonyan Academy for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ali Al-Suswa and the project officer, Eng. Anwar Al-Hakim, indicating that the training project aims to develop the skills of creators and provide them with expertise and knowledge about methods of creativity in institutional work and strategic planning in a creative way for projects, in addition to modern scientific methods to discover creators And innovators.
They pointed out that this project comes out of the Bonyan Foundation’s interest in young innovators as they are the major goal of development.
