Iraqi Prime Minister: PMU Iraq’s Eye, No Place for Dissonant Voices

Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, confirmed that the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) and the Iraqi Army stopped ISIS in Iraq. He added that “the Popular Mobilization Units is the eye of the homeland and all Iraqis will continue to support this force,” explaining that “the doctrine of the Hashd is loyalty to the homeland and to preserve and protect Iraq throughout history.  PMU does not distinguish between Iraqis.”

The Iraqi Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces indicated that “the large-scale military operations will begin soon for the PMU to eliminate ISIS, which will not be a long battle with it because we will not allow it to return.”
