Sayyid al-Houthi: Imminent Retaliation Against Zionist Enemy; U.S. Efforts Will Fail
In a speech delivered yesterday, Thursday, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi addressed the ongoing developments in Gaza, reaffirming that the Axis of Jihad and Resistance remains committed to responding to the Zionist enemy.
Sayyid al-Houthi emphasized that support for Gaza continues from all fronts, asserting that the decision to retaliate against the enemy’s crimes against Al-Quds, Jihad, and the Resistance axis is inevitable. He added, “The response to the enemy is forthcoming, and the decision is final, with no possibility of retreat. This commitment is rooted in faith, humanity, and ethics, and it is a sincere obligation from those who have proven their truthfulness in both word and deed. It is a practical necessity to deter the enemy.”
Sayyid al-Houthi highlighted that the United States is making every effort to contain the response through political maneuvers, including calls for dialogue and negotiations, and warnings about the potential impact on these processes. He noted that Hamas has responded wisely to this political trajectory, exposing U.S. actions and their military movements.
He stated, “The American military buildup, including the deployment of naval forces and aircraft to U.S. bases in Arab countries, cannot overturn the decision to retaliate. The response to the enemy is a strategic decision and a practical necessity to deter the criminal, vile, and bold Israeli enemy from committing further crimes.” He added that no matter the efforts to contain the response, they will fail, as the decision to retaliate is inevitable across all support fronts. The delay in retaliation is part of a calculated approach to ensure that the response will be painful for the enemy, despite American mobilization efforts to impede it and minimize its impact.
Sayyid al-Houthi pointed out that the delay has had a tangible effect on the enemy, who is now experiencing unprecedented fear, as evidenced by the cancellation of flights and the anxiety among settlers. He added that the entire Zionist entity is in a state of panic and fear, which their media openly discusses, and this reality is reflected in the ongoing and unfolding consequences.
He continued, “Despite the skepticism propagated by the enemy’s media, the retaliation is undoubtedly imminent. There should be no doubt about this.”
Regarding the Lebanese front, Sayyid al-Houthi affirmed that it continues to operate with strength, conducting increasingly impactful operations against the enemies. He pointed to video footage that demonstrates the effectiveness of the support front’s operations in Lebanon, adding that there is significant Zionist fear and concern about Hezbollah’s retaliation, which they anticipate to be painful and significant.
The Support Front in Yemen
Sayyid al-Houthi stated that the Yemeni front carried out operations against ships this week using 15 ballistic and cruise missiles and drones, and these operations are ongoing.
He confirmed that retaliation for the Zionist attack on Hodeidah is inevitable and has its own trajectory, preparations, tactics, and dedicated resources.
He noted that U.S. airstrikes this week amounted to 10 raids, with 8 targeting Hodeidah and 2 others on Hajjah and Sanaa. He reported that 73 martyrs and 181 injured have been honored in the battle for the promised victory and sacred jihad. He emphasized that the noble Yemeni people continue to make sacrifices and martyrs in the path of Allah, demonstrating their unwavering commitment even as much of the Muslim world has neglected to support Palestine.
Popular Activities
Sayyid al-Houthi highlighted that the Yemeni people have been at the forefront in supporting the Palestinian cause, surpassing all other nations in terms of demonstrations, marches, events, and symposiums. He affirmed that these popular activities are a testament to the Yemeni people’s sincere faith and humanitarian values.
He stated, “In terms of mobilization, over 400,000 have graduated from military courses, and there are hundreds of ongoing activities and military parades. As long as the aggression against the Palestinian people and the siege continue, we will persist in our military operations and popular activities as a sacred jihadist duty.”
Sayyid al-Houthi stressed that perseverance and continuity are integral to their faith, loyalty to Allah, and sincerity with Allah Almighty.
He explained that the Americans, Israelis, British, and their hypocritical allies desire to see an end to Yemeni military operations and are exerting pressure on the Yemeni people to achieve this. He added, “It is impossible for our stance to weaken or for the public squares to be emptied. Our people’s loyalty and steadfastness stem from a place of faith in supporting Palestine.” He noted that the Yemeni people maintain a sense of humanity at a time when much of the Muslim world has become deaf to the cries of the Palestinian people and their suffering.
He added, “At a time when much of the Muslim world has become blind, our people take to the streets, spanning three generations, with grandfathers bringing their sons and grandsons. The scenes in the streets are moving, blending the impact of faith, humanity, and the innate nobility of our dear people. Anyone observing these scenes will be deeply moved and reassured, recognizing the nobility and steadfastness of this people, who embody life in every sense of the word.”
Sayyid al-Houthi reiterated that the public squares will not be empty, In Sha Allah, as long as the aggression against the Palestinian people continues. He pointed out that the enemy is keen to gauge the state of the Islamic nation through the activity in these public squares across different Muslim populations.
He added, “Throughout the week, heinous crimes are committed, including raids on the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the enemies evaluate how the Muslim populations react. In the face of killings and starvation, the enemies watch to see if any members of the Ummah still possess a sense of honor, sensitivity, and awareness, or if the people have been desensitized.”
Sayyid al-Houthi confirmed that the Yemeni people demonstrate their reaction to the crimes and violations of the enemies every week, showing that they remain emotionally alive, feel a sense of responsibility, and act to the best of their ability. There is no hesitation among the noble Yemeni people in doing anything they can to support Palestine. Political calculations or other considerations do not concern them; they do not fear the United States, which has frightened much of the Muslim world, including leaders, governments, elites, and religious scholars.
Sayyid al-Houthi affirmed that the Yemeni people will continue to stand firm in their position with this great faith and presence.
