Protest condemns the constant detention of fuel ships

A protest vigil in front of the company station in Hoban district was held by the Yemen Petroleum Company’s branch in Saada province on Tuesday to condemn the continued detention of fuel ships by the US Saudi-led aggression coalition.

The participants denounced the silence of the United Nations and its complicity with the aggression forces in holding fuel and food ships and called on the international community and the United Nations to assume their responsibility and pressure the aggression coalition to release the ships of fuel and food and not to hold them in the future.

They pointed out that the aggression continue to hold oil ships and prevent their entry to the port of Hodeidah, despite obtaining UN permits, which exacerbates the human suffering of the Yemeni people.
