The people of Yemeni districts organize popular festivals to celebrate Alwalayah Day

Today, Monday, the people of Yemeni districts organized popular preparatory festivals to commemorate the mandate of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, when the Prophet,Mohamed,peace be upon him and his famaily,said that anyone considers me his leadr should the same with Imam Ali, in the presence of a number of state leaders.

The festivals began with popular chants and folklore passages for the fifth day, in the presence of officials and citizens, to celebrate the anniversary of Imam Ali’s mandate, peace be upon him.

During the festival, speeches given referreing to the overwhelming joy in all the free regions, districts and governorates of this great anniversary that has to do with religion and the message.

They drew attention to the specific celebratory aspects of this anniversary through traditional chants and paragraphs of bara, popular zawamil, and others.

They confirmed that the people of Yemen will gather tomorrow, Monday, in hundreds of squares to express thanks to God and bear witness to the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, by conveying this sacred message and for this message to continue throughout the generations, and to reject the guardianship of the nation’s enemies, both Jews and Christians.
